You can visualize and plan events on your Environments using the Environments Timeline that is accessible from the main menu or from the Environment details panel.

There are 2 types of environments' events:

  1. Calendars: eventsthat are created and updated by Jira users
  2. Logs: deployments and status changes that have happened in the past

There are 2 types of calendars:

  1. Standard Calendars are used to create and manage Planned Events
  2. Issue Calendars (since version 4.6) are used to display any kind of Jira issues on the Environments Timeline
